Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Infinity Microfinance digital lending platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of a country where our services are available
• Have a valid phone number and identification documents
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.

4. Loan Services

4.1 Application Process

Loan applications are subject to our credit assessment criteria. We reserve the right to approve or decline any loan application at our sole discretion.

4.2 Disbursement

Approved loans are disbursed to your registered mobile money account or bank account. Disbursement times may vary based on payment provider processing.

4.3 Repayment

You agree to repay the principal amount plus any applicable interest and fees according to the repayment schedule provided at the time of loan confirmation. Late payments may result in additional fees as disclosed in your loan agreement.

5. Fees and Charges

All fees and charges are disclosed before you confirm your loan. The total cost of credit, including principal, interest, and any fees, will be clearly displayed before you accept the loan offer.

6. Data Collection and Use

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection for loan assessment, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the Platform

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Infinity Microfinance or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity Microfinance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through our internal complaints process first. If unresolved, matters may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the regulatory framework of the National Bank of Ethiopia.
